Full Service Option: (Measure: -Order)                  

The full-scale design services are provided, including – “On Site Design Consultation and MeasureUp”

  • Step 1: Onsite Initial Meeting: Measure up and design consultation (Discussing prospective layout options      based on Space, Family needs, Objectives, Appliance selections, Accessories, Style of cabinetry etc.)
  • Step 2: On Site Meeting/ Club meeting
    • First Design Presentation.
    • Discussion on any proposed changes.
    • Second Measure (If required).
  • Step 3: Final package -Full scaled design including:
    • Floor plan.
    • 3D- perspective views.
    • Countertop drawings.
    • Detailed Installation Instructions.
    • Complete Material List.

Self Service Option: (Design: -Order)                    

The design services are provided, based on the measurements given by the customer. – The customer takes full responsibility of the measurements, based on the planning kit/package provided. No Site appt.

  • Step 1: Initial Meeting to understand the family needs and objectives based on the measurements.
  • Step 2: First Design Presentation, Discussion on any proposed changes.
  • Step 3: Final package -Full scaled design including:
    • Floor plan.
    • 3D- perspective views.
    • Countertop drawings.
    • Details Installation Instructions.
    • Complete material list

  • All kind of Space management projects can be handled by Rubina designs.
    • Mudrooms, laundry rooms, Fireplace, Home Offices, Basements /Recreational Rooms, Wet/Dry Bar, Play Rooms etc.
  • Design charges vary based on the size and complexity of the project.
  • Complementary color consultation.
  • Tile Layout based on member selected Tiles included.
  • Tile Store Visit- $100 Additional.
  • All the Design Fees are independent of the price/quote of Cabinetry; Full Design Fee has to be paid once the final design package is provided
